Synergy

Synergy is a web-based system, designed to be used by business managers or sales people with customer interaction at either the point of sale or point of delivery.

The seller will use the system to:

• Make a presentation of all available products
• Quote for the product(s) that the customer selects
• Print documentation relevant to the products
• Confirm the policy and put it on risk

This allows a professional and compliant presentation of all products to be made to all customers, rather than the seller deciding which products should be presented to which customers.

Synergy is a database system so it also allows individual dealers and dealer management to produce insurance sales reports meaning that the programme can be managed with real time information.
